Construction Supervision Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical supervision over construction and installation works, and accept completed facilities from contractor organizations, ensuring their commissioning within established timelines and procedures.

  • Participate in reviewing and approving changes to design solutions arising during construction, promptly resolving issues related to the replacement of materials, products, or structures (without compromising the quality of construction projects).

  • Monitor the quality of materials, products, structures, and equipment used.

  • Prevent and eliminate delays in construction timelines and deterioration in the quality of construction and installation works.

  • Participate in the preparation and signing of certificates for concealed works and intermediate acceptance of critical structures.

  • Conduct systematic monitoring and technical acceptance of completed stages of construction and installation works and facilities, and prepare necessary technical documentation.

  • Monitor the timely elimination of defects and deficiencies by construction organizations.

  • Submit monthly reports on the status and progress of construction to the State Architectural and Construction Control authorities.

  • Prepare reports and technical documentation.

  • Ensure compliance of structures with labor safety and fire safety standards.

Requirements:
  • Higher technical education in the field of construction (Civil Engineering).

  • Certificate of expertise for conducting licensed activities.

  • Certificate in engineering networks.

  • Knowledge of the organization process for construction and installation works and methods of conducting construction activities.

  • Familiarity with technical regulations, construction norms (SN), codes of practice (SP), regulatory documents (RD), and federal laws (FZ).

  • Understanding of the development and preparation of design and estimate documentation and other technical documentation.

  • Knowledge of the Urban Planning Code of Kazakhstan, GOST standards, regulatory and legal documents on construction, technological maps, and procedures.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Analytical thinking and ability to find solutions quickly.

  • Understanding of safety and quality standards in construction.

  • Experience in the construction industry and knowledge of construction technologies.

  • Proficiency in PC software (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, BIM - Building Information Modeling).
